Regarding Use of Your Room

We thank for your choice and hope you have a wonder stay in Kyoto.
And We need your cooperation and we list a general caution of room usage.

Regarding Your Room
Do not wear outdoor shoes in your room. Please leave them at the entrance.
do not have any pets in your room

Please remember to turn off all electronics appliance when you go outside the room.

Please refrain from activities that disturb your neighbors. Residents who are unable to refrain from such activities will have their lease revoked.

General we provide you free electronic and gas, but if your fee is not as normal price, we may charge you extra fee.

For those short-term stay tourists, please do not bring any property belong to CMM outside, or it may cause you violet the criminal law of Japan.

You are not allowed to lease your room to other people.

You are responsible for cleaning your own room during your stay.

You will be charged a separate service fee for any dirt or stains that cannot be removed after you leave.

Any damage, defacement, or destruction of property or equipment, whether deliberate or accidental.

Loss or destruction of your room key. (Replacement fee: 15,000 yen for auto-lock room key, 10,000yen for normal key.

You will be charged a penalty fee if we discover that people above the number of residents.
