When you reserve a room,

supersming@msn.com and fill in our forms. Availability can be checked on this website or by simply contacting us by E-mail. After confirming vacancies, a reservation can be made by simply completing the deposit agreement and transferring reservation fee by wire. For Taiwanese guests, we have our Taiwan account for transferring money. And we don't have refund policy, once you reserved the room we allow you make date changing but no refund system.
Payment for the first month's rent is not required until you come to our offices to sign the lease agreement. Please contact us for further information on payment. (Please be reminded that any room or bed cannot be reserved without the deposit
And after your transferring the money and send us the necessary document the contract procedure is done
Please bring the necessary documents as well as the first month rent (only if you haven't paid them yet).
a. A copy of your passport and visa will be made for filing purposes only.
b. Your personal information including your address, birthday, numbers, and other required information.
