We are run by a totally living solution company which name is Choei, and we own almost 60 buildings for 1,420 rooms, and manage 18,000 rooms for clients.

Almost all houses are cleaned by the cleaning company. We are doing our best, we keep it clean like new room. If any room is broken or stained, we will reform it as soon as possible, so the room quality is proved every time you stay.

CMM weekly apartment started in 2006 as a Japanese service apartment to help both foreigners and Japanese clients to stay in Kyoto. CMM weekly apartment consists of an international team of multi-lingual speaking staff. English, Korean and Chinese speaking staff are on hand ready to answer your questions.
There is either a bed or a Futon set with clean linens (e.g. bed cover, sheets, etc.), Standardized furniture (e.g. bookshelf, desk, chair, trash can, mirror, etc., may differ from room to room) and all cooking tool and dishes. You can pop in with a suitcase and kick-off life in Kyoto immediately.
