Statement on the price difference between Japanese homepage and English homepage.

Due to we ask for guarantor Local Japanese customer individual, and it is necessary for company customer have their company approval for move in.
 
Besides, we need to charge the electricity bill and gas fee separately and not including in your rent fee.
 
For foreigner traveling/studying short-term customers, we offer you a customized package which the price is 6500 yen for single and 7500 yen for double including every charges (electricity bill and gas fee, bicycle fee). Each package should be charged the cleaning fee .And an move in to our property without guarantor.
 
For Japanese we need to charge them, extra electronic fee and 1000 for one more people and 5000 for one more bed setting, so finally it’s quite the same with traveller package
 
There is not very much difference for Japanese package and foreigner package. To cover our risk and simplifies the application process.
